چکیده
Background: In order to achieve the target of having a healthy mother and baby there is need identify pregnant woman with high risk factors.Ante natal foetal monitoring aimed at identifying foetus that are suffering from intrauterine hypoxia. Aims Objectives: To evaluate role modified biophysical profile in predicting perinatal outcome women Material methods: This hospital based observational study department Obstetrics Gynaecology , Victoria Government Hospital Visakhapatnam, January 2022 May 2022.A total 96 were included this study. Inclusion criteria was Singleton pregnancy ,risk factors like[pre eclampsia, gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, anemia, past dates, post cesarian section.breech, bad obstetric history pre term,Exclusion multifetal gestation, intrauterine death, fetal anomalies. Detailed taken relavent investigations sent. Results: 16.9% cases had meconium stained liquor (normal CTG AFI), 36% normal AFI but abnormal CTG, 40% 50% 0% babies death when normal, 100% Conclusion: Modified bio physical easy ,time saving cost effective procedure can used as test antepartum fetal surveillance predict pregnancy.

The aims and objectives of this study was to evaluate foetal health in high risk pregnancy with modified B.P.P., to record the perinatal outcome, to evaluate efficacy of modified B.P.P. in predicting perinatal outcome in high risk pregnancy. In this study 110 admitted cases having one or more high risk factors were studied. Modified B.P.P., N.S.T. and C.T.G. was done. Only the last antenatal te...
متن کاملThe Relationship between Modified Biophysical Profile, Standard Biophysical Profile, and Neonatal Outcomes of High-risk Pregnancies
Introduction: High-risk pregnancies can result in many complications for the fetus. In these pregnancies, different tests such as non-stress test (NST), biophysical profile (BPP), oxytocin contraction stress test (OCT), and Doppler sonography can be used to evaluate fetal health. As standard BBP requires more time and expertise, in this study, we evaluated the relationship between standard BPP,...
